Hours:

Full time- Monday – Friday (Typically 8am to 5pm, but start and end times can vary as we are an emergency service provider. You will be fully compensated for hours worked.)

MUST be available for on-call or after hour services or on weekends if needed (Rotation shifts with other team members)

Minimum Requirements / Roles Required:

Water Damage Field Service Representative:

- Will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers.

- Must be trustworthy.

- Possess polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.

- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Interact with customers on a professional level.

- Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Must be dependable and honest, as fiduciary responsibility for customer payments is sometimes required.

- Must be reliable and customer oriented.

- Requires some physical labor (up to 50 lbs.) on a daily basis in various weather conditions. (Must be able to do a variety of cleaning and restoration tasks throughout the day as every project or jobsite is different.)

-Core skills in cleaning, water damage restoration, air duct cleaning, and mold remediation are essential for this role.

- Experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of hand tools, construction, carpet cleaning, mold damage, and power tools is beneficial.

- Strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, and experience in field service are required for success in this position.

- General field service experience is a plus. Ability to work independently.

- Develop and maintain a high level of credibility with the customer by consistently displaying a high level of: Competence, intelligence and expertise. (Training will be provided)

- We offer paid in-house training for the first 60 days.

****You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks not limited to: water damage restoration, mold removal and prevention, general cleaning and content removal, air duct cleaning processes and procedures, and water mitigation drying techniques.

****** Background check will be performed prior to employment as well as driving record check.

Compensation / Benefits:

Compensation Package starting at $25.00 per hour and up to $35 per hour with prior restoration experience.
